Currently I’m a Ph.D fellow at the United Nations University – International Institute for Software Technology based in Macao. I’m also a researcher at Minho’s University and a MAP-i Ph.D student at FEUP – Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto.
My supervisores are Luis Soares Barbosa form DI/UM and Antonio Cerone from UNU-IIST.
I’m working on the “Peer Production Approaches To E-Learning” project.
I’m interested in OSS, e-learning, sustainable development and formal methods.
I’m also the Acting Secretary General of the European Strategy Forum. I work under the supervision of Peter Ludlow.
As for my political activities, momentarily in the “pause mode”, I’m Vogal of the CPC PSD Guimarães, Secretary of the Assembly of Figueiredo and a Deputy of the Municipality Assembly of Guimarães.
Finally, I’m currently Vice-president of the AAEUM.
